HIRE TO RETIRE - (BOOK LAUNCH) DIGITAL CAMPAIGN

Overall Concept

For the launch of Hire to Retire—a book about HR, written from inside HR—we knew a conventional book campaign wouldn’t do justice to its intent. The insight was simple: most people don’t fail at work because of people, they struggle because of invisible systems. That became the foundation for WORK, EXPLAINED. We shaped the launch around decoding the unseen structures that define everyday work life—power, culture, ethics, growth—and translating them into clear, human truths anyone could relate to. By stripping away jargon and theory, the idea reframed HR not as policy, but as lived experience. The result was a cultural launch that helped people stop blaming individuals and start understanding—and fixing—what truly shapes how work works.
